About me

I’m Nick - a breathwork facilitator, nervous system guide and space-holder for men who carry a lot.

There was a time I didn’t know how to feel.
I chased freedom through parties, travel and distractions - but underneath, I felt numb and disconnected.
I almost lost people I loved, not because I didn’t care, but because I didn’t know how to express it.

The shift came slowly - through breath, movement and learning to be in my body again.

Now, I help others do the same.

My work is rooted in nervous system regulation, breathwork and practical tools that support emotional clarity - without pressure or performance. Just grounded, embodied presence.

I live on the Dorset coast, where I run sessions, courses and guide others back to calm and connection.

I’m also part of the Nourish Community, a non-profit helping people grow food and reconnect with the land.

This work isn’t about fixing anything.
It’s about creating space to return to yourself - and breathe again.
